School Magnus experience

While the app does have some space to grow, overall it does everything we need it to. For schools new to magnus, I would recommend having a point person watch Magnus’ trainings. They help A ton. Additionally, to assist our parents with using the application for the first time we created an instructional video of how to log in and use the daily Covid screening.

I’m so glad the school year is almost over and I won’t (hopefully)have to use this app anymore. It’s so frustrating because I can’t get the login to work. It just spins when I put in my credentials. Ugggggg! Now I have to go inside and fill out a paper form when I drop my child off so she can go to school. Ridiculous.

I have tried deleting and downloading this several times and it’s not working properly. My profile is there but my son is missing. Unable to use.

These guys had an entire year to make this app one start to at least threes starts. NOTE to company, better lay some people off as your going to loose a bunch of customers.

Update 6.3.2021: The newest release seems to have fixed login issues. It’s not a five star because I now feel like I can’t trust whether or not I’ll be able to log on, but so far it’s been stable. Using this app is mandatory for my child’s school, and after this latest update it will not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted the phone. Logged out. Put in my info manually. Nothing works. Glad it’s close to the weekend, because if I can’t get this to work by morning, she won’t be going to school tomorrow.

It’s incredible to see how little this app has improved since the quarantine began. It’s still painfully difficult to use. Tap on something, a word gets highlighted somewhere else. Like tapping? Good because the first tap probably won’t do what you need anyways. It’s slow too. Scroll the screen, it doesn’t follow your finger. I mean, they just have the basics completely and painfully wrong. And they don’t even care enough to make it awful but pretty. It’s ugly and they have random squares painted on the screen instead of actual buttons, good luck figuring out what you’re supposed to tap on. But great for you if you like puke green. Warning. If you are logged in, but can’t do anything, quit the app, then when you restart it it will let you log in properly.
