This app displays a “Biometric Not Found” every time the app is opened if you haven’t set-up biometrics on your phone and so I have to click “Ok” every time I use the app for work. I wish there was a “Don’t show this again” option because having to click “Ok” every time I use the app makes for a less enjoyable experience and makes the app feel less usable.
App is unresponsive to the most trivial requests

Would like to give this app zero stars. I need to plan a day ahead for my daughter’s events because her username/password never work. This normally is not a problem with other apps, because you can just request “forgot password” and complete a password reset, but here we are again with the “forgot password” request timing out repeatedly. I’m very unhappy this is the app my children’s school uses. Oh, and my son...no problems so not user error.
If I could give this app -69 I would

This app is absolutely horrible. Not only is it impossible to manage but has cost me visits to school. I drove to my school just for the app to stop working and had to immediately drive back home. As if that weren’t enough, I had to spend 2 and a half hours fixing the app to work for last week when I had hybrid school. This app she be taken off of all platforms.

Anyone and everyone involved in creating and troubleshooting this app needs to be fired. Actually, throw the whole app away! I can feel wrinkles forming on my face and white hairs growing out of my head due to the stress this app causes myself and many other parents I know. I can’t believe my child’s school (with extremely expensive tuition) uses an app of this grade. I feel like an app that isn’t functioning or is near useless, could possibly be using all of their user’s info/taking personal and private medical information for unknown reasons because after you create an account with them, you’ll never be able to log back in to use it. Customer service is nearly non existent as well... I email and get an auto response that does not answer any of my questions and every single time I call the number given, I either can never get through or I just get a runaround of “try reinstalling”, “try again”, “delete the app and download it again”, “try tomorrow”... what?! Absolutely useless.

As an app developer, I can’t believe so many schools use it. The UX is horrible. My 5th grader could do a better job. Already running a business in the independent school space, I’ve had enough. Congrats, Magnus! You have new competition coming very soon.
Fixed bugs come back with updates

Example: if you use a password manager to paste in a username/password (as a security conscious person would) with the iOS mechanism for doing so, the login button remains disabled. You have to type a character then delete it so the login button becomes usable. This was fixed 2 versions ago and the most recent update reintroduced the bug.
