Macy’s is the truth!

I will patronize Macy’s until the day I die. I get great discount on many things that I purchase. Merchandise has a range of quality with the appropriate pricing, of course. I don’t return much because most things fit me. But for those that don’t, the return process is simple. Unlike Dillards, that have sales that are often non refundable even if the product was defective.

I purchased 3 very stylish shirt from my favorite store Macy’s, other than Nieman Marcus. Macy’s has the best selections with Men’s Clothing with a competitive discounts.I love online shopping and I do wish there was an option for a curbside pick up. The Brand Names are your top notch so you know you have quality at a reduced price. It’s an amazing experience and thanks for making easy due to the Pandemic. We are still able to have a safer way to shop.

Too Many Technical Issues

Most of the time I enter my password to access my account using the app it gives me “experiencing technical issues please try again later” type of error messages.

App has constant problems today

Searches return nothing. Tapping on an item just hangs or doesn’t return information including “add to bag.” Either Macy’s servers (or cloud service) are having issues or the app needs to be updated.

Crashing

The app is crashing too much lately. Also, after order is placed the app freezes and don’t show a confirmation that order is placed. Had to delete it and re-download several times:(

App Barely Works

Just downloaded the app today and there are so many glitches. It keeps emptying my shopping cart, or the cart just has a spinning red wheel when I try to open it. The search also struggles. I typed something simple like “pajamas” and it just takes me to a blank screen. Then I finally got to a screen where I could see pajamas with 1,500 results. Tried to filter and it gave me an error message to try again later. I won’t be able to order from this app.

Lovely App but needs some more security!

I love this app easy to navigate around it. However some degree of extra security is required. Few weeks ago I noticed an expired visa credit card was updated in my profile. Quite shocking! I took a screenshot. The customer service line took forever! I couldn’t speak to any representative. I went to Macy’s and they also couldn’t trace it . Anyways I deleted the credit card information. This has made me really scared on shopping via Macy’s app.
