Since I am an hour and a half away from a Macy’s store I do all my Macy’s shopping online. I have bought from Macy’s online for seven years and have never had an issue with sizing of clothing or any other items I bought from Macy’s. If I have a question regarding an item I chat with a Macy’s representative and my question is answered. The Macy’s app is user friendly so it is easy to find what you are looking for and place an order. Macy’s have great sales and you can save money with Star Rewards. I recommend shopping online using the Macy’s app.
