Doesn’t work anymore

My Macy’s app used to be one of the best I’ve used. And I used it often. When it prompted me to download the update I didn’t hesitate. Now when I open it, all I get is a black screen. I’ve tried to reload it several times with the same result. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Is there any way to revert back to the last version?
Love except for recent issues

Love love this app but often get messages blocking add to cart - both online and web. Sometimes message doesn’t even appear and I only realise later that item was not added to cart.

It freezes constantly and switches to a private viewing mode which doesn’t let you click on an item and heaven forbid if you need to contact customer service through the App. It will not let you go back to it without starting all over again.

This app is fast and easy to find the best deals on line though I would like to see if there is someone available to chat since I was having bit of a problem putting in my rewards, other than that thank you Macy’s online representatives. Lizbeth Valdez

Our shopping experience is always great on line or in person, easy shopping, great pricing, selection and quality. Makes it hard to chose ;) but with the easy returns/exchanges and friendly associates, we buy with confidence. We love Macy’s fast shipping. In general, very friendly and helpful employees, smiles every where :) We are very happy and loyal customers. Thank you Macy’s, feels like Family! ?
Terrible update

I’ve used this app for many years, more for paying my bill than anything. Now I have to log into their desktop webpage to pay the bill AND view my balance/available credit. Such a waste of time! I rarely buy without seeing first, so i am almost ready to delete the app. Or Macy’s could potentially bring back their credit account viewing feature and I’ll keep it.
