Lyft is very useful . I am old my eyes are failing, lyft gives me a degree of independence I really think is wonderful. Thanks

App changes driver frequently. Hangs up sometimes not correctly showing the Lyft drivers position
App needs to be updated

Recently drivers cancel the ride to get their full cancellation fee paid to them Some of them do it deliberately which is a Hassle I have had where there they will be down the street as not at my location and they cancel the ride having me to pay more than what I was original needing to spend and there is no live rep but an email to respond to

I downloaded the Lyft app just today and already took my first ride. Everything went smoothly. I’m impressed.
