For the life of me, I’ve tried looking via help to schedule a ride pick-up, I don’t see no clock icon, I tried several times trying to figure this out, I see a calendar, but it seems greyed out.....
Drivers/ wrong address

Your drivers don’t have Potomac house in their map. Everytime I enter the location they go to the backside of the building and cancel the ride and repost it as no show! Fix this address issue!!!
Glitches is the only problem

I don't know if it's my phone or the app but it glitches a lot. I will request a ride and when there are times I need to cancel it'll say "it's been more than two minutes you will be charged a fee" or I won't see a ride come up and then two minutes it will say the driver couldn't find you so $5 fee. And I'm sorry if I sound cheap but I am a college student and I don't have $5 here and there for Lyft to collect all the time. They do credit me sometimes when I make a hard case but it's annoying when 98% of the time it's a glitch and not my fault.

I still have not heard back about the 3 cancellation charges from last Friday (July 13). The driver went to the wrong location & told me to cancel & re-enter. Which I did. Repeatedly. As we talked. Each time putting in the address correctly. And yet I still got 3 cancel charges for $5 each. Eventually I called an Uber. He showed up promptly. Very frustrating.

Why do only certain iPhone get the new look? I have the iPhone 7 and my app looks like the old Lyft still.
