App needs to be updated – Lyft Review

Recently drivers cancel the ride to get their full cancellation fee paid to them Some of them do it deliberately which is a Hassle I have had where there they will be down the street as not at my location and they cancel the ride having me to pay more than what I was original needing to spend and there is no live rep but an email to respond to
