I really like Lyft. I like the drivers I like the app. What else can you ask for. ?

My first Lyft experience - went well & great driver - I will hold off on 5 stars for now just because I have no baseline.

My credit card company texted me when I tried to secure a Lyft, asking if it was fraudulent. After I indicated it wasn't, I kept getting an error message from the app, saying my card needed to be updated: zero explanation, zero reason offered as to what needed updating, or why. After updating my card three times,v after four of the useless error messages from Lyft, somehow my card finally was accepted. The app needs to indicate what the issue is instead of continually repeating the same uninformative error message. Frustrating.

Idk why I was using Uber, I guess because I heard of it first, I randomly tried lyft and I will never go back! I immediately deleted Uber. The cars are cleaner, the drivers are better, smarter, nicer. The app is easy to use and it’s cheaper than Uber

I use the iOS Maps app to compare cost and arrival times between Lyft and the main competitor. Lyft continues to deceive to win rides. I’d stopped using Lyft because of this but I gave them a try today after many months. It showed 2 min arrival time in Maps where I requested the ride, opened the app to see it is still looking for drivers and adjusting the time to 8 mins. When a driver accept my ride the arrival time is adjusted to 10 mins. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport terminal from the ride sharing lot at the airport. The main competitor consistently shows an accurate arrival time.
