Is Anybody Listening?

Lyft has been a very good service for me. A good value for the price. They also have good technology on their app and except for the very seldom problem with pickups it is a fantastic company.

First time using it for a ride. It keeps confirming rides, gives me an ETA for pick up and the it changes to another ride, and then another ride. I don’t get it. Are the drivers getting lost? Do they simply ignore the confirmation and go home? Do they get paid more if they choose a Uber user?

Disappointed that drivers are able to accept rides and then call you to cancel it. Contact with Lyft to report such drivers would be great.

Better than Uber

Uber is sometimes sufficient but the drivers say Lyft treats them better. I support the drivers and hope Lyft will continue to do so.
