Very useful

I have access to numerous lounges thru elite status and credit cards, but this app really helps find the right one. I was surprised to find a much-needed arrivals lounge at LHR that works with a Finnair flight, since I knew that unlike for departures, OneWorld status doesn’t work for the AA or BA lounges but Plaza Premium accepts Amex Platinum). And the ability to pick among several options based on ratings/reviews is very helpful. Only complaint is that if you arrive and depart from the same airport on the same trip, you can only have one lounge, even though in most cases the arrivals lounges are landslide and the departure ones airside, so rarely if ever the same.

I just updated the app there’s no way to access any information since it never gets me past giving my email address, so I can’t register. Totally useless.
Doesn’t show accurate information

Never shows lounges I can access in the star alliance gold network despite having United 1K status.
A travel necessity... but has a vital flaw, so useless.

I am really torn by this app. It was absolutely great - easy to use, full of information and very helpful in navigating the lounge options on my flights —- an absolute necesity. But then, about a 18 months or so ago, there started an issue with the ability to sync with Tripit. I have raised this several times to support over the time and they have acknowledged it as a known issue however despite this, it seems never to be addressed. Without the auto sync, it is a real pain to input complex itineraries, so all I do is ad-hoc searches.

I probably entered the credit card and lounge membership info 3 or 4 times by now. I only used this app a dozen or so times... Each time it becomes a chore to use....
0 customer support when it’s needed

Lounge had no confirmation of my booking, despite me having the QR code and confirmation pdf. This could have been easily avoided if there was a customer support line to call. The company touts great customer support but misses one of the most basic support functions.

App no longer works since last update? I have to indicate I am a new user each time I want to find a lounge. Very frustrating!
