Great idea but not ready for prime time

1_music_lover

Putting aside the UI design being incompatibility with iPhone X, this app is virtually useless. It seems as though the only positive reviews are planted by the developers. Added my flight info for London Heathrow which was in terminal 3. Then I added a lounge and the choices were all from terminal 2 to 5. As I scrolled down it said I was viewing 15 of 14 lounges. Then an option to view all lounges. But does that mean all lounges in my criteria or just all lounges in the airport. Again, bad UX

Doesn’t seem to work

I’ve added my Credit cards and selected priority pass select yet the app says I have no access in DFW. Updated- upon force closing and rebooting, the lounges appear to be listed.

Update not allowing flight search

Ennovy k

Loved this app, updated it and now can’t search any flights. Does not allow me to save auto search or manual input

Very poor layout and imprecise

whyaskforthis

I hate using this app. Every time I am required to click to set then scroll through several pages then click again and never be sure of results. I have to click again to se all results. Lounges are not marked on maps, do not describe from where you can access etc. App designer must have graduated in 90s

Super helpful

Lounges are not always well marked or easy to find pre and post security. Which ones are good is also only after you go in. I find the ratings accurate and navigation more helpful than many of the maps the airports themselves provide. I travel 150,000 miles a year and I use this on almost every overseas trip. It’s an essential companion to staying productive while traveling.

Travel in class

This app can make long layover and economy class tickets into a grest travel experience.

Great improvement

Penn K

Great job on the UI improvement! Absolutely love it ——— previous comment I have to say, the UI looks really cool really fancy but extremely impractical. Every time i use the app, i keep getting confused about which sub category that I’m on. Also, why they are tons of empty space around the edges? The information on the screen is very limited, you barely can get information out of it without clicking into the details. I probably will just use the web for now. You guys really need to hire someone who knows about designing user friendly interface instead of wasting your budget on these impractical design.

Well done

Remanman

This is a well thought out, well executed app. I like that I can limit the lounges I see to those I am actually eligible to use. The ability to enter a trip and see which lounges I can use based on airline, flight and class of service, is a nice plus. The staff responds quickly to questions. They have clarified a couple of things for me. The only negative, and it is minor to me, is that the list of credit cards is a bit outdated. I recommend this app to all my friends, and to anyone who travels.

App now crashes constantly

DCJimmy

I used to love this app but the latest app and iOS 11.3.1 versions crash every time!! Every time I try to add a new trip the app completely crashes. And the TripIt “force sync” doesn’t work AT ALL, it just keeps spinning but the itineraries don’t load. I have always loved this app, I hope you can fix it soon. EDITED 6/17/2018: RE the developers note below, I already sent screenshots and specifics about the crash problems, weeks ago. You emailed and acknowledged that you received them. Hoping the problems get fixed soon.
