I’ve used this app all over the world for lounge access and it never disappoints. Sometimes when I think there’s no way they there is a lounge available there is. Plus you get to see reviews from actual users to see which lounge is best for you.

Great tool, but check with your airline. The partnership/sharing of lounges can be a little out of date. My example would be the partnership with AeroMexico & Delta in Mexico City. No longer in effect . Overall, a good app.

I’d like for there to be an option for general/public access only. I’m not always interested in scrolling through a list of lounges that need a membership or a certain ticket/fare type.

So long Lounge buddy, I have NO interest in using American Express credit cards to get access to your app anymore!

This is my go to app when I am flying. It has all of my cards and memberships, knows what airport I’m flying out of and finds me the best lounge. I couldn’t ask for much more.

I’ve been using this app for 2 years. Now I can’t because I don’t have and American Express credit card? Unbelievable, the lounge I use only takes bookings from this app, back to my free airline lounge and no more recommendations from me. Why would I get an entirely new credit card just to use an app!? This has turned me away from American Express forever. Thanks for sucking.

I really would have appreciated a heads up on construction of the lounge. It’s always a fun time walking through a Chinese airport for 20minutes only to find the lounge is under construction, not in service and that there is a temporary site 1/2 mile away. It’s even better to find out that the VIP, business mall is at some tug and run spa. I arrived at the airport 3 hours early to work, not get worked. I really wish I was able to upload pictures because this only a photo can really emphasize how ridiculous this is. I expect this from Chinese organizations, but not with a US based company teamed up with AMEX.

In my profile I selected what I have access to which is Delta and priority pass. The Delta lounges never show up as a default and for some reason United and other lounges show up on default that I don't have access to and never selected. Think it's time to delete this app and find something better.
