This app is a great way to help me stay accountable. Keeping track of everything I eat and my exercise.

i am astounded! most apps will make you pay. this app, although given the option to pay for the full version, lose it a free version which in itself is superb. Now imagine paying the small fee of 20 dollars a year to access everything!

Lose it at some point did an update that won’t allow you to set a 900 calorie budget. That was the one feature that set them apart from MyFitnessPal. I’m on a medical weight loss system, I’m not to eat more than 900 calories, the center I’m going through promotes MyFitnessPal for their easy customer use. I was going to try and get them to switch to Lose It because it would better fit the program, now I won’t be as the one feature that set it apart from MFP is gone....

Very disappointed there is no cup measurements, figuring out how many grams or ounces in 1/4, 3/4, etc is time consuming.

I love this app! I’ve used it before but only just now started taking it more seriously, and I’ve lost almost 5 pounds in a week and a half! I’ve started to understand what I’m putting in my body and how much. I think I’m gonna go the extra mile (pun intended) and pay for premium!

This app would be much better if it wasn’t constantly begging for you to upgrade it. I bought it, and instantly and daily reminders to buy the lifetime version put me off of it. I am a person who clears all the little numbers on my apps cause they annoy me, and this app was awful in that respect.

After comparing several apps I like this app the best and have used this app for years. The food data base is excellent, and I love the convenience of being able to add a previous meal from my history with one click. However, since an app update a few months ago it is slow, sluggish, several seconds time delay, so it is no longer quick and easy to use. I am a lifetime member but I have stopped using this app because it’s too frustrating. Please fix the bugs so I can use this app again!!

I purchased the yearly subscription to get rid of the non stop ads to see how I like this app, and now I’m getting bombarded daily with ads and notifications about discounts for the yearly subscription. Great way to cause friction in the app experience.

I see the option to switch to macros but I wish I could have that as the main goals

I’ve used the app off and on and find it beneficial. I paid for the upgrade for two years. Then went back to free version whileI search for something that allows me to indicate time that I ate and add a note about a particular food or meal. I have food allergies and sensitivities. I wish that Lose It would allow me to add a note about any food item.
