All good except for the primitive dated themes. Delete most and add some new ones for a better user interface.
I started using this app last Tuesday, it hasn’t even been a week yet and I lost 2lbs without exercise, just my usual walking around all day. I highly recommend it if you are like me who usually eats very healthy but really never counted calories. You’ll be surprised as to how many calories you consume without realizing it. It’s fun and exiting at the end of your day when you see that you were able to eat whatever you liked, but watching the calories intake carefully. I love it! XB
I’ve had this app for almost 6 months now, and I finally decided to switch to the premium version after being able to use it consistently for months. I love so much about this app, and I’ve lost a bit a weight through it, but not too much since it’s not my main goal. One thing that really shocked me after switching to the premium version and getting the new features was how much sugar I was consuming. An average of 100 grams a day! Needless to say I started to watch my sugar after that. But now I’ve realized something. The other day I had a small banana and apple slices, which clocked in at 18 grams of sugar. I also had a subway cookie that day, also 18 grams of sugar. As you could guess, one of these is much better than the other. So I wondered- how much of this is added sugar? To sum things up, I’ve love the app so far and I’m excited to log even more things with the premium version. However, adding a space to put specifically added sugars would be AMAZING. That is something I’m very worried about, and would like to track without having to do my own guesswork or math. I’d love to see this in the new update, please consider!
I’ve never liked writing down my food because it took too long to figure the calorie count and/or I didn’t have my notebook. This app is awesome! It’s quick, sends reminders and figures calorie count for you. It’s helping me see results in my weight loss journey!
I keep getting error messages when trying to record meals. Is there a reason on your side? This just started. Also can’t connect to iWatch. Or iHealth.
I’ve just begun another health journey of weight management and exercise. Lose it helps me set goals and stay focused.
Wish I could look things up without having to “add” them to my log.
This is the best & easiest app to use, without any hidden fees.Just add your daily intake of what your eating and the app keeps your calorie count for you for day so you don’t go over for the day!?it’s that easy
I’ve been off and on using this App and when I mean it’s doesn't matter when you off track . It will put right back on to it. Great app for weight lost and weight management
