Easy to use

Coralgeo

The app is easy to use. I wish there was a way to add meal photos after the fact rather than having to delete the log and start over (adding a photo needs to part of the edit function).

Inappropriately accesses clipboard

Moerrick

This app inappropriately accesses the contents of your clipboard when launching - without your consent. There is no mention in their privacy policy what they do with the data they find there. Support doesn’t understand the problem.

Needs to be more user friendly.

Nereus_77

Needs to be more user friendly by making logs easy to download and share. At the doctors office, finally found where to share the logs, sent that to the doctor to find out they couldn’t use the link. Make a pdf version available for download through app. Need access to download full logs for a specific set is time lengths, 2 wks, 4 wks, 3 mo. Etc. Add voice log capability to the phone app as well. Why should the watch app get all the fun. Type 1 needs some cool stuff too.

Livongo app and equipment

The app is GREAT! The reason four stars isn’t because of what does, when updating their app they did include their new products line. The new scale is a very reliable device. Their blood pressure unit has a learning curve concerning properly positioning of the cup.

Slow to sync

I am updating this review as I like the program, but the scale is slow to sync with the app.

Should work with Apple Health

JAM-916

The app seems to work ok. It’s frustrating that it cannot read or write data with the Health app

Does Not Connect to Meter

KariBeng

I got an email today saying that there was an app available. The email seemed to indicate that the data from the meter would be synced to the phone. This is not the case. The meter uploads the data and the phone downloads it. Which is absolutely useless. The only reason I even wanted an app was to be able to regularly upload the data from home (the meter does have service in our location). Unless and until the meter is capable of sending the data to my phone app via Bluetooth or whatever, this app is and will continue to be absolute garbage.

Good app

Definitely needs lots of improvements valued be nice if there is some way we can track carbs and to be able to scan what we eat without having to use another app. I would slso love to be able to add notes to my blood pressure reading section like we are able to add note in our blood sugar readings. Overall a good app.

Almost okay

redmon_22

The app gets the readings from my meters, that part works perfectly well. It even can send glucose readings to the health app. It also will receive step count data from the health app. My biggest complaint is that it doesn’t share blood pressure data with the health app. With as well as the rest of the app functions, I really feel that this one thing warrants a 2-3 star deduction because it is such a glaring omission. How do you put out an app in which half of the functions work well with other apps and the other half not at all? Fix the bp interconnectivity and your app will warrant 4 stars. Interconnect the meal tracking and calorie intake and burned information and it would be a solid 5 stars.

Not for iPad

Brother Printerman

Useful app. I’ve had it on my phone for some time to track BP. Would be nice if there were a landscape version for iPad too.
