Stuck in the middle

pikaia3555

I’ve been using it for a while , but roughly a month ago the app would freeze and the folders wouldn’t load ( stuck in the “...Loading...” mode ) . End result ? I can’t open my folders and my saved files are all crammed together in the main folder ( believe me - there’s lots of them ) . Sent them a message for help - didn’t get an answer . Sent them a second one explaining how desperate I was , and got a response telling me that it’s a bug they’re working on . No deadline whatsoever . Stay away .

can’t even login

Souppy!

kind if defeats the whole point of the app. if it worked, it would definitely be awesome!

Good app, but ridiculously expensive

Felipe W F

$10 a ***month*** for a highlighting app? Way too much. Good app but I’d never pay this much for it.

Very useful

samnmeg34

I use it for research on my new babies or things that interest me but I have to say the highlighting is extremely slow and takes up to 15 seconds to highlight then says something went wrong. Might be my internet or phone tho so 5 stars. Really useful.

It was great at first

Cari3830

At first I found this app really useful. But just now after using it for a week or two, it suddenly popped up a notice that I reached my limit and “Basic users are limited to 7 highlights per page”. This was never the case before (and I was not on some kind of free trial of premium or something, either). I guess this is a new restriction they just put on basic users, to try to get you to upgrade to premium. Unfortunately the app is completely useless if we’re limited to 7 highlights per page. So don’t even download it unless you want to buy the premium version. I don’t. The free version is useless to me, 7 highlights is nothing. Now I’ll just delete the app from my phone and delete its extension from Chrome.

Ridiculous subscription cost

Kernian

Two years ago the cost of a subscription was $20 per year. Now on a super 77% off deal it is $38.28 per year meaning the regular price is a whopping $166 per year. Are you kidding with this pricing? I am so turned off by this I have to delete the app.
