Needs something.

Why does it have to be just highlighting on the web? It would be great to be able to upload text screenshots and highlight them as well.

Typical

whatislife

This is the typical app that attracts users with free services and then later change the policy to pay for additional features. Worse, I even paid to use those additional features a few years ago (at the time, I could use them forever once i pay). But they changed the policy, and now I have to pay monthly. Horrible.

Gets better all the time

Haberjr

I have used the free version since the beginning. I have seen continuous improvement on both my iPhone and desktop. I upgraded to the premium version to support the continuous improvement of the app. I expect to see some great improvements this year and like to support the developers. On both my iPhone and desktop it works smoothly. I have tried other services, but this one is the best.

Useful, but a bit buggy

klogram

This app is nice, but it’s buggy in annoying ways. For instance, comments added to my highlights randomly vanish when I export them out of Liner or the comment don’t show up in the webview. Also, when exporting the highlights in Evernote, several pairs of adjacent words per paragraph are mushed together with no space in between them. Then I have to go back and clean up the highlights.

I love it!

THANK YOU SO MUCH

Tyler TheLifter

Thank you so much for this amazing app! I wanted to use siri to read me some posts on reddit, however Reddit doesn't allow me to highlight text, this app solved all my problems! Thank you so much!

Cannot even sign up, sign in absurd and disappointing

Trazko

Cannot even sign up, sign in; absurd and disappointing. The signin process does not follow basic signup protocols. It asks for your email address and then a super awesome user name. Password category seems to be mixed up with the super awesome username. Makes no sense. Then I read from other users that there is an additional yearly subscription fee that’s outrageous.

Can’t get anything to open with highlighter

Screwmorphingbooth

This keeps making me save things to my web page but it doesn’t work when I go to open it and all I’m trying to do is highlight text on a picture. No, I will not upgrade. Stop telling me to.

Whoa

swimviking

This has been the best addition to my phone and iPad. I can’t believe how much I use it.

subscription?

?ㄗ丹れ刀丹

The greed of people is not surprising. $20 a year for highlights? Get real. When you gotta pay a microsoft office subscription, and countless other netflix and who knows what subscription -stuff you gonna use on a daily basis at least, where on earth do you think people are still supposed to pay you a annual subscription for a highlighting app? Come on, you know that greed, and all you could have done was make it a once off payment. You could have instead bought out a second version and charge for that. But a subscription is just plain greed.
