Always asks to access my photos when I open the app. Buggy app!

Absolutely horrible. So many error messages. And it seems so arbitrary. One minute I can access my chats, the next, there is “an unexpected error occurred” message. Good luck verifying phone numbers and setting your line ID. Freeze and crash. This app is freaking ridiculous. Like a bunch of kids set it up as a school project and they didn’t care if Mr. Rogers gave them an F. All they cared about was the assignment was turned in. Because who cares? Spring break is coming up. That’s the level of professionalism that’s in this app. Disgusting. Switched to another app completely. That meant over 20 employees and coworkers switched. Every. Single. One. Had the same issues. Lost our business. Fix this. It was too promising to be true..

Many people use this app for networking from various gaming apps. Picture in Picture would be very valuable to how we use your app. Also allowing people to search for types of groups would be greatly beneficial.

I don't know why this social app isn't famous for now. Most people are using facebook thinking themself as their lives.Facebook is just an economic app not social app. If you want don't want to waste any time ,you should use this line app. Better than facebook!!!.

Video calls cannot be silenced

Line is a great app, but it is incredibly irritating that calls are so loud. There is no way to mute a video call, and even in the softest possible volume setting, whispers are loud enough to wake the dead.

Im giving one star because I have used Line for several years. Done many updates. Now it’s constantly kicking me off Line app.

Line Pay Issue

Please Make the US version Line has the same function like Taiwan version for Line Pay. It’s been really difficult to travel around Taiwan and have no access to this Line Pay function. Thank you!

Have reset password 3x, still can’t login

So f-ing annoying. Got a new phone, reset my password 3x and it never registers my new password so I can’t login. Also nowhere to go for support since it forces you to login first. So the only option I had was to leave this review

App doesn’t work well with latest update for iOS 14.x

The audio / video screen doesn’t pop up when someone call. No way to tap on the audio/video button at controls. Bad update. Please fix.
