Constantly unstable

Please...just make it STABLE. I literally rely on this to talk to my spouse overseas and it's so difficult often for no reason. It is also slow and the sync doesn't cooperated between macOS, iOS and iPadOS. you are LITERALLY operating on the same code base for all three. I gladly spend a lot of my actual hard earned money on stickers, themes, gifts to friends and character goods but feel North America and Europe are badly neglected by your service. Stop worrying about FB and just make your app good. My friends have such a difficult time using it. I want to stay in touch with them when I leave the US permanently on LINE but it's so unreliable I worry...
Can’t Log In!

I can’t log in! I’m not receiving verification codes when I input my phone number and it won’t let me log in with Facebook. I have used both methods for logging in and it doesn’t work at all. It’s extremely frustrating!
Not loading messages

I’ve used LINE for years and now it doesn’t even load messages sometimes. I’ve tried restarting my phone and even offloading and reinstalling the app. This happened about twice now. LINE on pc works just fine though so idk lol

Why is this app 250mb? Why can't you write proper release notes? I really hate that this is the only messenger used in Taiwan and Japan.

App support bad and Notifications spammy

There is no way to customize notifications, and this app sends a random “go check missed messages” notification which you can’t turn off. Come on guys, wake up and build better notification controls.
