LINE is an amazing app. Everything is easy to use, high quality. Recently, I had to delete the app and re-download it due to problems with the app repeatedly crashing (also an annoying bug). When i re-downloaded it, I found that because i hadn’t backed up my data, everything was gone. All my messages. All my pictures and videos. All my stickers, i even had to download my stickers again. It’s so stupid that LINE doesn’t auto-backup straight from opening the app. You have to go into the settings, and setup a horrible auto-backup system. Just because of this and how angered I am, I will take off two stars.
Cannot send messages

I was able to send messages yesterday but today when I opened the app, I can only receive messages. This is a new iPad with plenty of storage and strong WiFi connection :(.
The app is not working

I was messaging my girlfriend when suddenly the app stopped working and it’s not letting me use the app at all. I’m blown because it had pictures and conversations we had for a long time...please fix this

I get on and my app freezes. I restart, nothing. I delete and redownload to find out I can’t use the app, and lost over 400 pictures of me with my daughter and wife. Now that I’m signed in after reinstalling it I still can not use the app and it freezes when I open it.

It’s always worked great. Now it’s glitchy and crashes. Now it won’t load anything just spins. Someone needs to update something somewhere. ??

Use this app everyday and absolutely love this to stay in contact with friends all over but recently it’s just been crashing and dropping calls.it makes me so sad that this keeps happening
