I have had line chat for 4 years and I just got a new phone and it’s not letting me put it on it I put my number in and it finds me then it asks for password I don’t remember so I push forgot and it asks for email I have put in all my emails and it keeps telling me wrong email can you help me please

Ive used this app for 2 years. It bugs, it deletes messages, and it glitched. Some features are missing, i.e. no sign out option(the ONLY way to sign out is to delete the app and redownload it). Also, it drains a phone’s battery like a vampire. My iphone 11 has solid battery life in every other app i use EXCEPT line. Line will drain a tick almost every minute you’re in the app. Disappointed with the way it is.

Prior to the latest update on the iPad, you can hit the return button to go down a line or two. Now it’s been replaced with a send button. Please fix this.
Password reset to New Device Disaster

Have attempted numerous times. The password reset process to add a new device and absolute disaster. Appears they cannot debug this correctly. I have carefully changed the password using their process. Would suggest using any communication software other than Line until they figure this simple process out! I’ve now moved to the other device to check it. Seems apple and line know it’s the same phone number but Line blocking SoFi I got on the new device. Suspect they have a really stupid simple MAC address nanny blocker. Go elsewhere!

It’s absolutely ridiculous you don’t let people use their original account when you get a new phone unless you somehow still have access to your old device. You do realize that most phones have you transfer your old data to your new phone so it’s impossible to access LINE on the old phone right?
Calling/Video doesn’t work on iPad
Frustrated and Enough
Line broke on my phone. Calling and video calls always have problems not being able to talk nor hear. Other apps no problems, and no I did not mute myself nor am I technologically deficient.
