Ok so, first of all Line is my favourite texting app and I’ve been using it for YEARS. I’ve had no problems with it up until like 5 minutes ago. It was working fine since I was able to chat and video call with my friends about an hour ago. I hung up and left the app and I was going back and I went to the chats place and it’s just showing me a loading circle and nothing happening. When I press anything nothing works and the app just closes itself and takes me to my Home Screen. My friend sent me a message that she is having the same problem with line. I was thinking of deleting it and reinstalling it but that would mean I lose all my texts and data on it. My friend said she restarted her phone but the problem was still there. Please fix this cuz I don’t want to lose anything. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME AND PLEASE FIX THIS ???????. I can’t even back up the messages since it won’t let me do anything on the app. The page is just frozen and just keeps loading. That’s all and I’m so stressed from this.

I’ve used this app for years and never had a problem it’s been great up until this recent update. Now I can’t even use the app anymore, it crashes as soon as it loads into the contact screen. I uninstalled and Reinstalled the app, shut off my Phone and turned it back on after closing it several times and it still won’t operate properly. I use this app to keep contact with my wife since I work overseas we’ve been using this app consecutively for almost 6 years now. This is a first..

Line app won’t open or allow calls. On any iOS device I won’t open or run Why? Usually minor bugs. But now won’t simply even open.

I picked up a call and it froze my entire phone. When I finally was able to get a hold of it, I force quit it and it still freezes at the Contacts Page. I tried to uninstall it and still stuck. Please fix, I really like LINE but this is so frustrating.

I love your app but unfortunately you guys do not offer a lot of help when we have technical issues at the moment, I’m having problems logging in it will automatically kick me out it asked me for my fingerprint and then it kicks me out. Please try to fix this.

My wife and I experienced a malfunction with this app simultaneously. The app just could not show any information. Even worse, the desktop version also shut down minutes later. Now we just could not get access to all the information our friend sent us.
