I don’t receive verification code and help is useless. There is no one to help or speak to. I heard about a service called discord. I will try that.

Notifications issue

Since the last update, my Apple Watch is no longer notifying me of incoming LINE calls. ? Ot works with regular phone calls and FaceTime calls but not LINE, which is what I primarily use. I’ve reset everything (watch and iPhone), both have latest iOS as well as latest LINE.

Age Verification Problem

Whenever I try to add friends by their Line ID it says to verify my age by using settings. I open the settings app and nothing shows up about age verification on Line. I also checked the settings on the Line app and nothing showed up. My Line is fully updated so I don’t know what the problem is.

Only in japan is line used. Once you change phone or numbers or do anything you are locked out forever and have to restart a new account Im on my 4 now…. It like its ran by NTT and Id10ts

I logged out on my phone and I’m also logged in on my iPad, I logged back in on my phone today and it logged me out on my iPad, I was fustrated but I was like ok whatever I’ll log back in, even though this makes no sense as far as a security measure. It asked for me to put my number again then to do Face ID from my phone, all this makes no sense and it’s honestly annoying, it adds nothing as far as security. Just send a code, not that whole process.

After updating to iOS 15, messages take forever to load. A badge will show up, but I have to open the app and wait over a minute for the message to appear. Previous versions of line for many years would have the message loaded when app is opened.

Waste of time and money

Spent money with on of their apps after playing for months, I randomly get kicked out with no way to log back in. I try to login with my cell number, I put the code in everything is fine go to the next step, put password in. Nope that doesn’t work. Try to rest password. Nope they don’t have my email. No where to call No where to email for support.

Please help me log in
