I have three items to return and still can't get it when I asked 3rd time. Even seen pictures of the unused products waiting for shipping labels or instructions for UPS. Frustrating?

As a programmer I always wonder about a company that clearly doesn’t bother to test their programming. This app doesn’t download the icon! Since they don’t bother to do so all you get is a test pattern. Pitiful. Makes me wonder how careless they are with other aspects of their business when they don’t bother to make certain your first impression is a good one.
