(a) Others in your Life360 Family or other Life360 Circle: we may share your personal information, including your name, location and driving event data, with other users of our Service at your request and in accordance with your preferences. Additionally, Life360 will share your location data with third parties, including Arity, to deliver the services. Arity’s data analytics is the only way we can provide you with accurate, meaningful and personalized driver risk profiles, and real-time feedback directly through the app on your mobile device. Arity’s processing of personal data makes transportation safer for everyone. Improving road safety is ultimately about encouraging better behaviors by drivers. Arity collects personal data from you on the Life360 application, and through your mobile device which may include: Allstate Insurance, its data processing partner Arity, and family networking app Life360 announced a new data sharing partnership. When I read things like "We perform various profiling activities using personal data. Profiling is using personal data to make predictions about people, or to categorize them into particular groups." in Arity's privacy policy 1 or I try to map out the nested ways that Life360 shares data with other partners (subject to yet more privacy policies), it gives me pause. For example, Life360 shares "your personal information, including location data, with ... [unnamed] third parties for advertising or other purposes". The only way to opt out is to “Turn location services ‘off.’" which would seem to make the app useless. We may share your personal information with third parties outside the Company and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates in some circumstances, including sharing your personal information, including your location data, with third parties for marketing purposes. We will aggregate or otherwise strip data of all personally identifying characteristics of our data and may share that anonymized and/or aggregated data with third parties. For example, we may share de-identified location data with third parties that analyze location and movement trends.

Do not subscribe!! I just got charged randomly and I have not been subscribed for two months. I just happened to look in my bank statements and the money was taken out. Who knows how long this has been going on. Don’t do it. Not worth it.

Recently this app has been giving incorrect information. When my daughter is in school it says she is in other locations. I had a panic thinking she was somewhere else, drove to the school and there she was. Not worth using if the information is inaccurate.

As the parent / monitor of my kids it would awesome to have a fully functional iPad app. Other than that the app is rock solid and a game changer when it comes to keeping track of your family.
This game is outstanding!
I understand the safety aspect of this, but if you trust your kid, don’t put a full blown tracking system on their phone. It’s honestly really stupid and idiotic to have your parents asking you stupid questions about things that don’t even matter due to life 360. I wish this app could go away and fall of the face of the earth to be completely honest. I believe this app is ruining teenagers life as it did my high school career. I hope you guys like all the money this app made you, great business move! I also hope karma comes around and kicks you guys in the ******* teeth.

This is the worst app I gave ever had. It is ruining my senior year, so I’m going to rate this the lowest rate possible. I mean honestly it’s sad that we are being reacted by our families all the time

This app doesn’t work too bad until it doesn’t. Then, I needed help. All I kept getting was these robo-emails with generic solutions that didn’t work. I would reply with my actual issue that didn’t have an FAQ, and then I would receive the exact same “helpful” customer service reply, a few days later. I ended up having to just change to a different similar app. Please get some decent customer service!
