Life360 gives me the ability to keep in the know of my 16 year old sons location and where my 16 year the quality of his driving. Love it!
You pay for inconsistency and useless support

Location accuracy not accurate and sporadically updates. At one point kid #2 was 80 miles away from where they app had his “bubble”. Support only via email- and ended up being useless. Takes them days to get back to you and then they just instruct you to follow the steps listed under the faq section of the app. The same ones you already tried three times before attempting to contact them. Only thing that worked well was their ability to hit our credit card for the monthly fee.

Perfect for tracking my busy family

With two working parents and children in multiple schools with many after school activities, this app is perfect for our family. It gives us peace of mind to know the kids are where they are supposed to be. My husband has a Samsung and he says it uses up his battery, but he uses the battery saver setting which helps.

We had been using this for a while and were very happy. Purchased a new phone for my son and could not get it to work. Opened a case with support and it was closed with no response. So of course it is useless to us if it doesn’t work on his phone.

We downloaded this when my daughter got her drivers license, not to check on where she was going but for peace of mind that she would safely reach her destination. And it provided that over and over. Thanks Life 360.
