Reservations should be on the main page

Why would you decide to make it more difficult to find reservations? Instead of swiping right it now takes 3 taps to view reservations to check your spot for class. Not very user friendly. Please put reservations on the front page.

Please bring back the reservations swipe, or at least add it as an icon on the bottom. One step to 3 steps to find reservations feels like a downgrade to me.


Update cancels your reservations

After the update I went from being enrolled in a class at my club to being put on the waitlist. (I double checked the confirmation emails and screenshots and that’s what happened). Who cares if they tried to make it pretty if it doesn’t work?


Totally useless post update V4.0

The old app was a quirky but had 2 useful (for me) features- daily workouts and ability to track my progress against each exercise. Both are missing after the update. My only option is to uninstall the app and find an alternative


Casting videos no longer available

Please add the casting feature back to the video workouts! Why are we longer able to cast from iPhone to Google chromecast, even though it worked before? Is there a licensing agreement issue...


Lack of Mask Enforcement

I regularly see members on the fitness floor working out with their mask not covering their nose. In the locker room things are even worse. Later in the evening there are groups of individuals who use the locker room like it’s a social club. Rarely do they wear their masks as the gab away. What’s most astonishing is the number of members I’ve seen not wearing masks in the tight confines of the sauna. I dislike like wearing a mask just as much as the next guy, but I believe in the science and would like to see the club take more action against those who violate the masking policy.

1. Poor management and junior management staffs. Pools are ridiculously crowded against CDC guidance to control the spread of COVID disease. All that’s followed is simply a show. During four hours in the afternoon, there are several “paid” swim classes. Each crowded with young kids, three kids swimming in each lane, in four to five adjacent lanes. This is while another group of kids waiting to dive in outside.... if I presented my videos to the board of director or the state governor, they would have shut down the site. 2. The towels and men locker room is not maintained at the standard LF used to have even before COVID era. 3. Studios are no longer open for individual practices; they are open for limited time and only during certain group classes. 4. The yoga mats are not cleaned up at all, at least not by staff. One could find mats in outdoor and pool area which are not picked up for days! That means there is no regular inspection around the amenity. The overall service is reduced to minimum while the membership charges are kept the same. If I haven’t canceled my membership so far it’s been solely to support the business and those staff and crew whose livelihood depends on this job. I do acknowledge the difficult times we had over the past year. I do respect the CEO and the founder who is a immigrant entrepreneur and athlete, and his endeavors to start this service from ground up. I admire that. So my comments are aimed at those in charge of the club to be more proactive and diligent with their duties. Cheers


Hate the new app changes

What happened to the ability to track your heart rate zones? Used to be able to do this with my LT PURCHASED HR monitor and that is now gone. Now Just a bunch of nonsense trying to upsell me to virtual personal training.


Class schedule is frequently missing

The new UI is not very user friendly. My class schedule is constantly missing and registration/reservation retrieval aren’teasy. This app needs an overhaul.


Class reservation system seriously downgraded

Before this update there was a class schedule menu option that was used to reserve a class. This no longer exists, how do you expect us to reserve classes now. In fact I could have sworn it was present in this version then just disappeared. My workaround is to edit a class I have a reservation for so a menu for classes, unavailable from the main menu, pops up and I navigate until I get to the class I want to reserve. Only problem now is it doesn't appear on my reservation list. I have no idea what to do if I don't have a class reserved to get to that menu. Why change something that was working very well for years for this hot mess.
