Not what it used to be. – Life Time Member App Review

1. Poor management and junior management staffs. Pools are ridiculously crowded against CDC guidance to control the spread of COVID disease. All that’s followed is simply a show. During four hours in the afternoon, there are several “paid” swim classes. Each crowded with young kids, three kids swimming in each lane, in four to five adjacent lanes. This is while another group of kids waiting to dive in outside.... if I presented my videos to the board of director or the state governor, they would have shut down the site. 2. The towels and men locker room is not maintained at the standard LF used to have even before COVID era. 3. Studios are no longer open for individual practices; they are open for limited time and only during certain group classes. 4. The yoga mats are not cleaned up at all, at least not by staff. One could find mats in outdoor and pool area which are not picked up for days! That means there is no regular inspection around the amenity. The overall service is reduced to minimum while the membership charges are kept the same. If I haven’t canceled my membership so far it’s been solely to support the business and those staff and crew whose livelihood depends on this job. I do acknowledge the difficult times we had over the past year. I do respect the CEO and the founder who is a immigrant entrepreneur and athlete, and his endeavors to start this service from ground up. I admire that. So my comments are aimed at those in charge of the club to be more proactive and diligent with their duties. Cheers
