Not enough

need more for more money

Not enough life guards unfortunately for slides etc. we are still paying a premium fee with less stuff. Ie food and slide for kids to enjoy.

Please show all clubs with App.

To be clear this is only a review of the app. Lifetime Fitness/Athletic clubs are wonderful. However, the app will only show me clubs where my onyx level has access. I’ve been thinking about upgrading my membership. But if I can’t see where Diamond clubs are on the app how will I know if I have interest? Please start showing all club locations in the app. If necessary split them out into a different section to clearly indicate to which clubs someone does and does not have access. Thank you!

Connecting to live classes

Several times I see a notice on the app that livestream is down for the class I’m ready to begin and when I call the club they tell me there’s no issue with the livestream & send me to a National number that they know is closed as it’s after hours. So… I try another way in because I won’t miss my Zumba class that easily… I find that I can access livestream via the website.. what’s up with this terrible app? Do you know how many classes I’ve missed? This app devalues the most important asset of any clubs’ membership (bottom line) group fitness. Fix it. Please.

I love my Amp Cycle and Zumba family at LTJC John Neal and Renata T never fail to bring the positive energy each and every week. LTJC has truly been one of the best Investments I’ve every made in myself towards my Health. I have had many “gym” memberships in my lifetime, but none can even come close to the experience I have had since joining LTJC four months before the pandemic ? I’m so grateful that the Club has managed to keep us safe and healthy during this very difficult time. I love my Club Family Thank You Luanne

Classes in wrong city

In the past week, two of the classes I signed up for were in the wrong city. I deliberately set the filter to my city of choice, but the app keeps defaulting to find classes all over the US, which is great if you have a private jet and all the time in the world. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Can you please put all videos on YouTube until the landscape support is fixed? Specifically, a few of the surrender yoga videos Apple please remove from App Store. iPadOS requires landscape support. When will landscape support be available for the 500 hundred million iPads?

Create a Social Networking Portion

It would be nice to get to know others in the club as well as exploring members of other clubs because I see the gym as being a good place to meet new people but some people are shy to approach others so the app portion would be a good idea to get to know members for the price that we pay for this gym.

Spa booking service

The spa booking service in the app is terrible. It doesn’t allow you to see available appointments, it is just a blank screen.

Great app but please fix filter

Love being outside

Please make it possible to filter out the swim information in the list of classes. It is irrelevant to me and abundant in the in listings. There is no option to deselect swim
