Inaccurate timing of order

Said my food would be ready by 11:40a, but by the time it processed my payment the app updated the pick up time to 1:00p. I do not have this issue with online orders. Had I known it would change the time so drastically I would not have placed the order.
App keeps Crashing

This is advertised as working with Apple Wallet yet I cannot link this with Apple Wallet. Unless I am missing a step then I am done with this App.

App doesn’t support Apple wallet. But developers haven’t disabled the button. App developers are unable to prioritize the right functionality. Can’t wait until a competitor comes along and crushes these guys!

This app would be great except that it never works when I try to add my payment to Apple Wallet. The button just doesn’t do anything.
Crashed 3x and all I did was sign in and sign out

I had an account with LevelUp years ago and signed up for a new one thinking my 8 year old account had been deleted. At the end of the registration flow it just crashes. I open it again and the app loads content to its pages extremely slowly. Then I remembered the email I had used with my old account, so I go to log out and log in with my old one. As soon as I hit log out, the app crashes. I reset the password on my old account and log in, and the app crashes as soon as I hit log in. I also tried adding the QR to passbook and that doesn’t work either. I am technically proficient and my phone has zero issues with every other app I use. This app is a tire fire, I can’t even.
No Apple Pay but yes Chase Pay??

What’s up with that?? I refuse to use any payment app that does not support the Apple standard. 1 star until you change your mind.
Log-In Flow

The log in/username/password flow is extremely dated. If I have auto fill or password fill on, where I am trying to use a long, Apple Keychain created password, you get stuck in an infinite loop of being kicked to your enter email screen, go to add password from the Keychain menu, it erases the email but inserts the password, tap the email field to reenter email, and it kicks you back to previous screen. It is like this on EVERY LevelUp supported food app! Crazy. Furthermore, get with the times and let us use Sign In with Apple. It’s the best software button ever created for consumers and customers. Add it. Can’t even speak to the usefulness of your platform if I cannot even sign into it without frustration!
