The latest updates seem to be removing functionality and getting buggier • I used to be able to select which branch of a chain I want to use, now I seem to be locked into the closest one, regardless of wait time (or the fact I might be planning to walk in a particular direction to go to the park with my lunch) • it perpetually tells me I have no order history for stores where I ate yesterday. It essentially forgets all my past purchases Used to be better

The best app that can both order in store and online through order ahead. I love the idea of not carrying loyalty cards around too.
Downhill since last IOS update

I used this everywhere but haven’t used it hardly at all since the new IOS updates. It stalls and crashes whole I’m there at the register. Baristas roll their eyes and acknowledge that it used to work but other customers have problems too.
I try to use LevelUp wherever I can
