Why no Apple Pay option?

I’d love to love your app, but Apple Pay and in app purchases seem like a no brainer. Why aren’t you using them?

Great app. Very convenient and easy to use. The wallet inclusion in recent updates has made the app even better. No more reaching for the physical wallet to pay, just get the phone out access the lock screen wallet and pay. I like the vanity feature of being able to set your scanner color. With the ability to unlock additional ones with increased usage of the app. This does bring up the one problem I have with the app and the -1 Star. The vanity scanner colors do not translate into the lock screen wallet QR code. They only appear to function from within the main app even though it stated it updated the wallet QR code. It’s minor but defeats the purpose of they unlocks and the lock screen. Once this is addressed then this is a 5 Star app all day long.

I love this app! It gets me through the cafeteria line faster than a credit card and MUCH faster than cash!! And I have one bill for the month on my credit card, instead of a bunch of little $2 entries for coffee on my statement. In that way, it also helps may track my food expense more easily! Plus... I don't always have my wallet with me, but I generally have my phone! No risk of leaving my card behind either. It's exciting when I see other places that also accept Level Up! I've recommended to many friends!

1) Some Restaurants in my area (Mezeh) are missing from the app all together. They show up in history, but can not be located in search. 2) Lacks the online ordering power it advertises. Again, my most frequented spots are not available to order online through this app. I have to use their individual apps. If that is the case, why do I even have this one. 3) Can not figure out how to add to my iOS wallet. If it is a feature, it is hidden quite well in the app, because I can not find it.
