Also doesn’t work with Apple wallet anymore. Would have appreciated some kind of notice from the company instead of customers needlessly troubleshooting their account.

Thought I would give this a try after I began noticing it was available at more and more locations. After using it for a week (whenever I was able to actually use it without any issues) I was prompted to re-login. When I tried to log back in, I received a notification saying my account was on pause. After contacting customer support, I received an email saying that my account was closed due to unusual behavior, and would not be restored. I am the only person to use this app with my own credit card, and I have only used it for food and coffee. There was no suspicious activity on my card, and no purchases out of the ordinary using the app. If this company had given me a chance to explain that, I would’ve liked to have given them another try, however, they ended their email response with “Any additional inquiry regarding this account or linked accounts will result in reiteration of this message.” So thanks for a gimmick of a product, and an utter lack in customer service or support. I’ll stick with Apple Pay, my credit card, and cash. I have no desire to even attempt using this app again. Best of luck to you if you do.

Had same issue as previous users where account was suspended for suspicious activity but customer support refuses to reactive my account.

I like the idea of this app and it worked well for a while. Then they updated it and it’s now increasingly unstable. Can’t use it most of the time.
Apple Wallet Pass doesn’t work

Downloaded the app so I didn’t have to have separate apps for each restaurant that takes Level Up, but keep getting error adding pass to Apple Wallet. Also, this app has no feature to report app issues.
Major UI bugs on iPhone X, everything else works

The bottom nav buttons are almost unusable. They don’t appear correctly and tapping into them is unreliable. I’ve been able to use the app with limited success. Everything else appears to work but this makes using the app really hard. Please fix?

This app constantly logs me out. Can’t count how many times I am in line, about to pay, only to find it has logged me out and it takes so long to log back in that I can’t use this. I mean, that is also revenue lost for the app owners... they really need to fix their app so that you are not logged out constantly!

Apple Pay won’t work, so a whole tab of the app delivers zero functionality. Please fix the issue
