The timers don’t work. The lights go on and off as they please, despite many attempts to “reset” and start over. App always disconnects from the internet yet everything on else on my phone remains connected. I spent THOUSANDS upgrading our remodel with this technology and it’s total crap! It just looks good, doesn’t function properly.

It has been relatively simple to install (with the caveat that the ethernet cable to the controller should be on the same home network as the phone with the app). However, the process to add lights has been successful only on one of the 5 smart switches we bought. This is a new house with new wiring all around. The app does work to control the one switch that was recognized as soon as I tapped it. For other switches, no such luck. The app does not recognize. I have great wifi signal through the entire house. The house is modest size (one of the switches that did not get recognized and added is in the same room as the controller and has direct line of site). The one that did get recognized and added is farther away.

After the 4.0 update and resetting my legrand controller it will not let me log into the Eliot cloud and says I must upgrade my app to the latest version, which it is. Have installed and uninstalled repeatedly and reset the main controller repeatedly

I just downloaded the app and I see that the upgrades are amazing and I am having fun updating zones in my home. What else I think is amazing is the fact that any firmware updates will be done over the internet.

After last update that switch Samsung cloud to Legrand cloud, the app keep crashing and it is not working
Mendible
Since I updated the app it keep crashing every time is open. Also, the light seems duplicated. Please fix! Update 8/26/2019: I found out that by disconnecting the electricity from the hub the system start working as normal. For a few days at least. Now I have to reset it every 2 or 3 days.

The new Legrand cloud service has broken nearly everything. While the app was never very good, it could at least find the controller fairly reliably. Now with the 4.0 update the app rarely finds the controller locally, and remote access works 20% of the time. Often devices show up double, and nothing works. But the benefit if the system has been the ability to use physical scene keypads. This way I could eliminate the stupid app altogether. But now the LC7001 controller locks up about every 72 hours, and becomes unresponsive to keypad presses. I have to wonder what the future holds for this platform. Legrand themselves have released direct WiFi switches, essentially stating that the RF technology is on its way out. I don’t like WiFi switches for many reasons but they are newer than these switches that haven’t changed much since 2005 when Miro was introduced. Please fix these issues. I will give up remote access if it means that my expensive system isn’t worthless. Lutron RadioRA2 is sounding really good right now...

This is 5th time my app is broken with almost to reconfigure again. Scanning the QR code on smart switch should automatically add the new device, but the switch never blinks

Update: since the new “fix” was released, my controller only locks up every 3 days instead of every hour. How in the world do you release such garbage software?!? Do you have no QA at all??? This new “update” has rendered my entire system completely unusable. App crashes as soon as it is opened on all devices.
