This app seems to work as advertised.

No Remote Access & Switches Break

Swingtime3

***UPDATE*** Jan 2018 Things (remote access) are now working as promised.... No issues with the app anymore. They addressed the problems they had with the LC 7001. It used to lose its connection with the app. Now things are working great! I don’t like the Samsung Artik though. It’s cumbersome and just not user friendly. I hope they integrate an iOS version instead of Samsung for remote access. Old Review- 2017 Ummmm why do I have to recreate every light and scene again? This is the only app that offers Remote Access that I had to register with a 3rd party. I have a garage app, a nest camera app, etc... that I just open and it works. For such an EXPENSIVE system they don't seem to want to deliver a similar quality. Hopefully they'll change it soon. I see a LOT of other users are unhappy as well. I said with remote access I'd give 5 stars but this update isn't good by any stretch for the dollars I've put into trusting them when they said they'd have remote access back in October 2016. Previous Review- I loved the idea and look of the Adorne. And, tech support has been mostly good when I've needed help programming dimmers. However, Back in November of 16 several in tech support told me they'd have remote access before end of year, so invested in Legrand. It's now May and nothing. Also, After installing a few thousand dollars worth of dimmers & other switches, there have been about 10 switches go bad. I don't even know if I can return them without the original box. For the superior cost, we definitely are NOT getting a superior product, yet. I hold out hope they will have the remote access on the app soon and I can also return and exchange my switches. 5 stars if everything gets working.

v3.0 broke my system

Amy92037

Just updated to v3.0. This version bricked my lighting controller. The app updated fine on my iPhone, but the related firmware update failed, leaving my hub inoperable. Even worse, my hub’s reset button doesn’t work, so I can’t reset it to factory settings to start over. Called Legrand, and their only suggestion was to get a new hub.

Terrible⋯⋯

Fake!!!! Fake fake

I bought LC6001 2 years ago and I was not able to bing the lights with the controller... So 2 years later my husband decided to buy LC7001 and hope it will works. 2 out of our 3 remote control are able to add in the app, however IT IS NOT WORKING!!! Sent a message via Facebook asked for help and they said I need to send a email to tech support, sent it and never heard back... Time to return the LC7001... cost me 200bucks and work nothing...

HORRIBLE

angry and out $$$$

The absolute worst. I loud aver $11,000 installing these switches throughout my new construction with understanding that I’d have remote access and control. All lies. The hub works only sporadically when on the same WiFi as the hub... and customer service has been promising remote access when not on the same network for over 2 years. ... and don’t bother wasting your time with tech support’s empty promises.

Remote app doesn’t work, Changing scenes doesn’t work

Gran Po Diddy

I’ve been pretty happy with the quality of the hardware. The app stinks. When spending $10k (including installation) on hardware, legend drops the ball on the app.

✖️

just woowwww

This is the most dumbest app ever I hate this app omg omg omg never ever get this app it’s stupid

With the new update working well

rlominski

Either the latest update I am very happy with the system. I can update scenes with my phone and the inwall scene controllers work very well. Need to finish installing a few switches and finalize my Alexa integration. Wish it worked with Apple HomeKit but that’s more on Apple than Legrand. Had app issues when it was first released but is now a more mature and useful app. BTW I have contacted tech support both during switch installation on the phone and for software issues via email and I received good, fast support.

Basic

SmartestGruffalo

This system is really very basic for what it should be able to do. 1. More intuitive interface, think google maps not Apple reminders. 2. Longer dimming up to an hour at least. 3. Change controls based on seasonal changes in ambient light 3b. Also, if you really invest I should be able to get a sensor or location based ambient light information that helps judge how I want to control my lights. 4. Vacation mode which allows you to have “temporary disabling of a scene” 5. HomeKit, you really missed the ball here... get this working without a new hub or new switches. You could do so much with this. Just invest in it.

Makeshift Lighting

Daz886

This is the first review I've ever wrote, i've had some years experience with Lutron, Control4, and (even) ? Vantage Lighting. But Adorne by far shouldn't be in the lighting industry. It's terrible, switches for blind people only. Reach out and press any where on the wall. You can't miss this BIG button!!!!!
