I’ve had simple questions and complex issues addressed by several different Legal Shield offices. They have always come through for me. The attorneys listen and gave me the time I needed to ask all of my questions. Even when I didn’t get the answer I wanted, I came away with information regarding my rights and my options. This legal service is a true bargain for families, businesses, truck drivers—No matter who you are!

This is awesome you don’t have this you need it. I’ve gotten caught up things and I was starting to question if I would. It also costed nothing compared to anywhere else. A must have truly I’ve been finding more and more uses where normally I would have been avoiding situations. Get it today!

Well I like the fact of representation which could help in many instances. I’ve done my part to contact the assigned firm for Nevada but yet to receive any documents for the help I’m seeking. I’m giving this afew more days to see where this is going.

I have not had any success with finding an lawyer for my situation. I thinking of discontinuing services soon.

They don’t offer anything but advice you can literally google. The 25% off the attorneys they hire for you don’t do anything exceptional or something you can’t do yourself. The lady on the phone was very cavalier when I tried to cancel too, saying “well for $24.99 there’s not much we can do aside from referrals and the “perks” you get for being a member.” A 6% discount on my att rate plan isn’t going to do squat for me Lacy. Unless you pay premium prices equivalent to actual attorney, this app and service amounts to a giant scam. They force you to cancel either by written notice or email to a specific email. I’ve worked for att and canceling their services is easier than the bs I had to put up with. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste the minimum $25 on this monthly, good for nothing app. Can’t believe I wasted my f-omg time.

I have to call in to do anything on my account. The app is just a place to check my account number and some canned information about my services. Basically no function use like editing account details, adding authorized users, upgrade services, open a case. Pretty pointless
