I use this app all the time. I never have to wait forever to hear from my lawyer. They have solved 3 problems without me doing anything but make a phone call I have had this app less than 4 months

What the salesman said turned out to be completely incorrect. Not only do they not stand by the things promised me the response in a nonchalant way “some of the salesmen are misleading.” Sounds like it’s problem your aware of and not at all concerned about. Terrible customer service!!!!!

This app is really cool. A couple months back I got a speeding ticket. I used the SNAP feature to take a picture of the ticket and it went directly to my law firm. Long story short, I didn’t get the ticket!

.....for the middle class. It’s such a comfort to know that there is a program to protect the middle class. The poor get free legal advice/ defense and the rich can afford the fees. We are the ones who get nothing BUT with legal shield we get the BEST advice and defense for our problems. All for $25 a month!!! Can’t beat it Can’t afford to be without it

I recently was hit from behind while stopped for a traffic light. I immediately pulled up my app and followed the instructions for being involved in an accident. I took pics of everything and called my attorney. Everything went fine until the person that hit me refused to contact his insurance company and they refused to pay for damages. One letter from my law firm (included for the monthly service - no additional cost) and the insurance company direct deposited the money into my account 100% including a week of car rental. I love having an entire law firm looking out for ‘MY’ best interest. I really appreciated how quickly and kind this company was on the phone but was VERY displeased about their “answers” to my questions .i have never had a license nor ever been able to have a license due to silly suspensions I got when I was under 21...but I surrendered and or acknowledged my “license” to my local DMV here in PA (it would be considered at DL-16) ...now that I am 23 and grow tired of asking for rides or use Uber all the time ,I gave these people 25 bucks for a month of service ...the lawyer told me that I never turned in anything and had to give him my records and restoration papers ...to his knowledge he told me I had not served any time at all...yet my eligibility is this same day next year ...he wanted me to wait a total of 5 more years before I could get my license “legally” back...not sure if that meant be a member of this program for 5 years , totaling to a 1600 dollars and wait till he could help or not but nonetheless I cancelled my membership immediately .JUST TELLING EVERYONE NOW.
