Helped with speeding ticket

Very useful, money saving App. I tapped snap for speeding tickets, sent in a picture of the ticket through the app and a lawyer called me back with good news. They reduced my moving violation to a faulty speedometer, I paid a fine and they kept it off my record. I like this App!

My family and I (and our small business) have had LegalShield for 3 years. We had already received $30k in value from our membership. This new app allows consumers to simply tap the app to access high quality AV rated law firms for everything from trivial issues (aka annoying things like a cell carrier taking advantage of consumers) to ‘accidental warrants’ being issued and serious identity theft issues needing legal attention! This app and its services are absolutely life savers. We will NEVER cancel our membership. God bless LegalShield!
App refuses to let me log in!

I am using the exact same credentials used to log in online but the app refuses to recognize my user name and password. I verified even the capitalization of the user name is identical. Since some features are only available in the app, it will cause valuable time to be lost.

Poor experience

The app is unnecessary, way too big, and does nothing. I found it nearly impossible to contact a lawyer. The app put me in contact with a call center, the call center called the law office, and the law office sent a message to the lawyer(s). It made no sense to have an app that does nothing but uses ridiculous amounts of storage and data to install. The service that provided is equally ridiculous. I still had to find actual contact information online because none was provided accept an email address when I was called. All of which, direct email and phone numbers, should have been provided in the application.

Silly app, won't let me long in. I can login to my account just fine on a computer, but the app will not let me log in. App is useless. If you can't login the App is useless. I am not going to my info to satisfy an App.

Wow, my 1st experience using legal shield was the BEST! I had been trying to get this college to clear my debt & release my transcript for 5 years. After I tried to pay them from 2007-2013. I had all documentation to prove my attempts & their negligence. I also sent them the documents as late as Dec. 2017. They began to ignore me & any form of communication. I decided to take it further & use LegalShield to help with the matter. Explained to the attorney what I wanted & immediately she went into action. Within 2 weeks I received a certified letter stating my debt would be cleared & I could get my transcript!!! I’ve been accepted in a college to complete my degree!!! This is an amazing TEAM! I will definitely keep them & I’ve already began to refer others ???

This company is very timely as long as you get them what’s asked for when you need them. I had some issues with the service representatives involving receiving requested correspondence they needed to send over to the lawyer. Other than that I feel very confident having a program like this available when I need them. Thanks LegalShield!
