The very best of all the blockers

I'm using this on my Mac as well as on my 8+. It works great, and it's easy to suspend blocking or use it with custom lists. This is one of the most effective and complete blockers available, and the software creator has not sold out to any advertisers. Pretty much this is a no brainer - after using others for a while, I've been using this on the iPhone for 18 months and about 10 months on my Mac. It's the best.

1Blocker is the only content blocker you need! It is very frequently updated with new blockers. If anything you want blocked isn’t, you can add it yourself, all native content blocking functionality is accessible in an easy way! The one thing I wonder is why the new blocker for cryptomining is listed under trackers. I suppose that’s good for free users, who can block trackers and miners at the same time, but unintuitive for paid users if you’re trying to check which cryptomining sites are blocked.

This is likely the easiest content blocker I’ve used. It’s intuitive as far as these things can be, and iCloud sync means all devices are setup the same.

Worked for a while. Then started getting random error messages. Doesn't seem to whitelist very well. Seems to take more battery than it saves. More fiddly then other apps. Moved on to a lightweight app.
Fails under ios 11

Since upgrading to ios 11, I am being inundated with ads, redirects, pop ups and other annoyances. All 1Blocker does is complain about WKErrorDomain 2. There does not appear to be any support site.

This app is a non starter for ios11. It’s not blocking any ads or pop-up ads. I have gone through every step to make sure I’m using the app properly.. but still not blocking ads.
