I had a problem with retrieving my upgraded app when I moved to a new phone. Emailed the developer and got a quick response with easy to follow instructions. Great app for tracking my 3 rentals. Charges and payments are all in there as well as tracking my appliances. I like being able to send a text when rent is due. I don’t have a home computer anymore and this app lets me do everything from my phone. I can even look up a bill from let’s say the Power company, copy it and paste it in to the charge on my Landlordy account. Pretty slick!

It is a nice app to organize all the properties. It work good. It just need a little modification for it to be perfect. Just need to modify apartment and tenant entry to make it easier to manage

Love this app. I’m probably not even using it to it’s full potential but with many rental units to manage this has made it organized and easy to see what’s what. It has become indispensable to me.

I used to use Landlord Studio and due to their increasing costs I switched. I was hesitant at first, but this app has surpassed my expectations. I love the simplicity of entering new properties or leases. Keeps tracks of my expenses and stores all receipts. Keeps track of all my appliances, maintenance, etc. Definitely makes keeping track much easier.

Awesome app! Can’t imagine running my 71 units without this app! Half of my units are weekly rentals and landlord he generates an invoice weekly so I don’t have to keep track! Super easy to use very simple! Only thing I wish is that I could share information with another phone.

An excellent app. However occasionally I enter a payment and later on it disappears and I am not sure if I did something to make happen but I am very pleased with the app.

Great app, been using for two years. Great for keeping track of tenant payment, invoicing tenant, keeping track of expenses. Would recommend to any landlord.
