Finally I found this app. It is really excellent. If we could have more type of reports like the upcoming invoices. But in general it is perfect and I recommend it

After using this app for 30 days I liked the intuitiveness however the app is not cloud based and will not allow more than one device to use the app. There is no desktop version either. Will not work for our needs. Too bad

I am new to the Landlordy app but liking what I am seeing as far as having the ability to tie both revenue and expenses to each property as well as the reporting features and ability to attach documents/receipts for the accountant at tax time. My only question/concern/potential reason for continuing the search for an all-in- one property management app has to do with being able to connect my bank account and have my tenants be able to conveniently make their monthly rental payments thru the app. I have reviewed and searched in the help and FAQ feeds but cannot find any discussions on the ability for the tenant to make rent payments thru the app each month. Is that not an option within this app or have I somehow overlooked that feature?

This is my fourth year of using Landlordy and I am so pleased. This covers everything I need and entries are easy. I like making my own categories and can follow all expenses on my units. I have just completed taxes for 2019 and my reports were concise. I could easily see the ratio of income to expenses. Following on from a previous year I could see where items were missed. I could quickly make changes so this program has made a huge difference in simplifying accounts. Follow up after another year and a half with Landlordy. It continues to be the best accounts system for apartment rentals!

I’ve been using the premium Landlordy app now for probably five years and I love it. I can take it with me anywhere I go and if I have any issues with any of my rentals, it’s in the app. There’s an area where you can include any work you’ve had done on any rental, money that you’ve paid out towards makereadys and repairs… It is a game changer and a lifesaver!

Excellent app and no additional cost. Works great with iPhone but the sending receipts via text doesn’t work as well with android. That send I contacted support and they responded right away with a possible solution. I’m thinking it’s my lack of computer skills that is preventing this work around from working so I screen shot a receipt and send it that way. Other then that the reports generated work very well and I would recommend this software to others. Priced very good. I would also like the ability to use different devices and have them back up automatically. The work around is to back up the file go to another device and download the most recent copy. It would be worth an additional fee if it backed up automatically. Great app. Thanks

Amazing app! I use it for an extension rental and it’s just everything you need at your finger tips. Imagine if you have multiple units. Thank you.
