This is my number one app. Hands down. I’ve actually never written a review in my life (App Store or even Amazon) but this app is so good I couldn’t resist. Anyone who manages a small group of properties needs Landlordy, which has not only simplified my life, but also made me into a greatly superior landlord/homeowner because I’m vastly more organized. If you own more than one rental property, Landlordy is an absolutely a must have. Not only does it track payment and expenses (and have convenient reports that are well placed should you want to pull any of those figures) but I especially love the appliance tracking. To have a single point of reference in an app where I can track all the appliances in my units, as well as when they’ve been serviced, by who and the cost, not to mention keeping track of rental income and tenant info... absolutely priceless. The notes section for any entry you make allows for pictures too, so with every entry I track all necessary details (IE how good a contractor was, their contact info, any warranty info and model #s, tenants rental applications, digital copies of leases... having that info stored safely and easily referenced or even emailed, makes me a 10x better homeowner). This app is the single tool I use to manage all of my rentals, even if I have to look up details from a 3 year old repair, I don’t need anything else. I’m not familiar with the iPhone interface but the iPad one is nearly flawless, and I’d guess a larger screen makes a huge difference. Everything takes a few days getting used to, but after that everything seems to be laid out and prioritized appropriately. I’d even buy an iPad just to use it for property management. This app is everything you need in one place, can’t go wrong buying it.

I have been using this for 3 months now and I love it. Makes so much easier and easily worth the cost of the pro version. Would highly recommend for anyone managing multiple properties.

This app is all I need to maintain 27 properties, it lets me see who has paid , who owes , property expenses and more. I would have gave it five stars if the app would automatically reset the monthly rents for my residents, it can be time consuming to manually reset rent owed for all of my residents. I still think it's the best app for the money. Update 8/6/2019. They did a few tweaks and it’s really awesome. This makes my life a lot easier keeping track of the properties and people who owe and have paid definitely worth the money.

I’ve worked as a property manager on and off for about 10 years. I always had to run to the office and check my records in order to keep up with occupancy, repairs and everything else that property management entails. This was a little bit of an inconvenience, but because we live in a small community, it wasn’t such a hassle. When I came across Landlordy, I was thrilled, because I was able to upload my iPad app history to Dropbox, then download it to my iPhone app and Voila! I was able to do work from anywhere I happened to be. I was even able to keep up with my business from out of the state. Landlordy just makes managing real estate so much easier and for what it costs, it’s a veritable steal!

Im not the best at keeping track of the admin stuff but this keeps me organized. I made made a suggestion to improve the function to the company....and a few months later it was in the new update. This is a must have for rental properties.
