Dont know what database this app pulls from but looked at my property and it lists the previous owner and I have owned it for 3 years now! Use VERY CAUTIOUSLY....!

The app updated and finally had my neighborhood on it. Now it doesn’t and many other updated properties are showing the old owners? Greene county, Arkansas

Land owners were updated but have gone back to the original owners since using this app

Worked great for 2 days ... now it will now show the property owner of any parcel. It’s useless.
