Info is out of date. Property I have owned for 12+ months still shows the prior if not the prior, prior owners. Property I have bought and sold still shows the owners I bought it from. County links work well, but however the site is pulling from the counties is lousy or not working at all.

Does not show recent or current owners. Shows owners from years ago. Makes app useless for the purpose I needed and payed for.
Requires subscription. NO Family Share

Just FYI, LandGlide is a 7 day free trial, then disabled without a subscription ($9.99/mo). The subscription is NOT useable with family share. It is a nice app. I would pay by the month again, if it worked with family sharing.

It gives some very accurate locations in every topography I have used it in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I am very pleased.
