I have been using LandGlide for a couple of months now, and I am shocked at how many parcels reflect Business Personal Property Account of a single tenant at a commercial property, rather than the Real Property info of the ownership. This is shameful and the data is not useful at all.

Is this app supposed to be free? I constantly get the message to subscribe each time I go to use it. Worthless to me, if that is the case.

I was introduced to LandGlide in 2019 and immediately installed on my iPhone/Pad. It’s awesome to use “on the fly” with clients in the car, or while at the office pitching a purchase (PAP). Highly recommended ???
Inaccurate data

The app is populating the wrong owner data for KENDALL COUNTY, TEXAS. It pulls up data for Kendall County, IL. I need data from the Kendall County, TX website. Can you please look in to this?
Not kept current.

The app is good except for the fact that is not kept current. I have owned my property for 4 years and it is still showing the former owners. The same is true for several of my neighbors. I called LandGlide to report this and was treated rudely. They told me they updated regularly from the county records. I went to the courthouse and searched the records on my property myself. My deed is correctly recorded in the deed records so I don’t know what county records they claimed to have checked.

Good app! Some tracts are outdated of ownership, but that is usually govt website not being up to date. The cursor will randomly move if let sitting for a couple of minutes.
Out Dated Maps

I use this app every day for hunting and purchasing property... but the maps are out extremely out dated. The maps are showing property with timber on it, but the timber was cut 5 years ago...
