This app needs update after I paid 100$ something for this great app. This app don’t worth to pay that amount. Stay aware of that situation.

Used it to look up a property line for a friend the property line didn’t even match the cul de sac much less the houses.

Great app. Just I have been trying to cancel paying for it and there is no way to stop payments.

Not accurate so I don’t want the app. I’m unable to cancel it though because the manage subscription screen is nothing but a bunch of characters with no buttons or options to cancel. Feel like I’ve been ripped off.
Ok, but not highly accurate boundaries or property owners

After tens of thousands of $$$ spent on surveys and title work, I found LandGlide to be very inaccurate on the 650 acres I just purchased. Not only did it have property lines wrong, but also property owners and acreage parcel size was found to be wrong. Sections of this farm were listed as US Government when in fact it had legally been a part of the farm since the 1950’s. LandGlide needs to update its records far more often to be accurate.

The parcels at the end of vineyard point lane in Sequatchie TN are not accurate. They don’t match the plat maps in shape or acreage.
