So I have shopped at Kroger’s for 20 plus years. I love Kroger’s. The employees are very helpful the quality and cleanliness of the stores are excellent. My money goes much farther at Kroger’s I would never consider shopping elsewhere. All that being said I am extremely disgusted with Kroger’s decision to stop selling Mike Lindells products (My Pillow) I do not understand why the decision was made. If it is because Mr Lindell is revealing voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election luk rt n m e say this. Kroger’s is a company that is synonymous with America. And America is synonymous with truth and freedom of speech. Why Kroger’s feels that it should cancel a relationship with My Pillow products and Mike Lindell is beyond my understanding. Let me say that as just 1 of the 75 million people that voted for President Donald Trump. I feel that Kroger’s believes that as a customer (a very loyal customer) I’m not all that important to you. For the present time I will continue shopping at Kroger’s but if you continue with your decision to refuse to carry My Pillow products I will be seeking other grocery stores to shop with. Do you understand that you carry a multitude of products that are made in China? And are you aware that the Pandemic our country has been suffering from originated in China??? I don’t see you pulling those products from your shelves. Personally the fact that Mike Lindell seeks to uncover truth and fraud in our election is a commendable effort. China lying to us concerning a deadly virus that has been brought to our country and killed our citizens and destroyed our Economy is much more unsettling than Mike Lindell !!! I and my fellow Christian conservative shoppers are watching your decisions. I speak for many many of us and we are praying that Kroger’s reconsiders it’s current stand on Mike Lindell and just products. Thank you Jonnie Phillips

Good app for the most part

Good app and easy to use until you need to add to your order. Way too many steps to add an item after you place one.

App suddenly stopped being useful

I have been using the app for several years. Kroger is my favorite place to shop. Recently, the past 2 months, this app is crap. When I search for eggs, it displays almond milk and Easter egg pillows. I scrolled and scrolled and it never once showed a carton of eggs. I searched for sausage and it never displayed sausage. I can never tell the prices of the products because it never returns the correct search. Also, we have a new Kroger. Since my all cannot search the products, I have no idea what isle my items are in. My app is up to date and it still does not function correctly. Very frustrating! It is worthless. I do not know what changed but it’s awful.

App freezes a lot and logs me out. Wish it showed price at checkout after clipped coupons.

You can view weekly sales, it tracks frequently bought items. You can search coupons. If there’s a problem with pickup orders you can submit complaint through app and they can credit your rewards number for the next time you shop. Sometimes delayed but someone always responds. Love weekly digital deals. No impulse buy when doing pickup.

Please stop taking away the “exit store mode option”! I don’t like the shopping mode because it doesn’t show pictures and the prices go away.

Not always easy. Does not allow you to make a list during the week then to submit it based on your past favorites also does it start showing items you frequently buy. Instacart is sketchy (even if I tip well, i’ve only received the correct order once). Pick up is always best. In addition, while it says I can buy alcohol via Instacart, it won’t check out.

Doesn’t actually tell you what’s in stock so I blew an hour running to stores that the app told me I could pick up a product I was looking for that didn’t actually have it in stock. Really hate that Kroger makes you use this unpleasant app to get best prices, so much so that I end up shopping at H‑E‑B even though it’s further away than the Kroger in walking distance.

I love how well this app works. I really love that there is an option to add scan to pay. I’d like to see the option to load gift cards in the scan to pay.
