Needs a lot of help

There's potential, but it's a long way away from being useful. This app needs a lot of help and I would not recommend this version. Given the price of coin these days I would think they could hire a few more developers.

Doesn’t hold a candle to the website

The kraken platform is very robust which is what makes this app so frustrating. The app is incredibly limiting and only allows you to do the most basic tasks. This review is really a heads up to kraken that they need to invest some money into upgrading their app.

This app is awful. Won't load any pairs, when it does load it says many pairs don't exist. Forget trying to create an order using the app. Hopefully the website is better than this.

No search for the huge list of coins. You have to scroll down a drop down list and pick one. In order to see different time charts you have to cycle through each option 1 day 1 week 15 day. And then the 15 day shows 2 months...

Dear support do something. App is useless, cannot place order at all, not going to say that is easy even through web page, bugs everywhere, to place order you need to try 10 times, same with cancelling. Everything is slow. Now because of cloudfare protection cannot even login.

Don’t use it

Hard to use. Bad layout. No customer service. Constant crashes. Can’t even upload document to “get verified”. Looking at the other reviews here.... Failed orders, duplicate orders, etc...glad I never got to link my funding sources. Other apps are better.

The app doesn't work. It's almost as simple as that. It loads up but that's about it. I was finally able to login to my account. Notional value doesn't make sense. I can't create an order on the app. It's so confusing. It tells me to choose an asset pair but has difficulty loading the selections. I have Bitcoin I want XRP, but they couldn't possibly make it that simple. They needed a complex list of asset pairs that don't work. The app simply doesn't work.

The app badly needs a redesign. The app is clealy not designed with currency trading users in mind. Why do I have to click and scroll a hundred times to change currency? It would be easier to have favorites or recently accessed ones so that I don't have to scroll do much. Also, they don't seem to notice that price and volume doesn't align in the app. Recent volume seems to be hidden in the app. Lot of work to be done before this app can be considered usable. The app is incredibly crappy. It takes forever to load the data. They really need to work invest in the app to improve it so that they could avoid losing customers forever.

The worst app - the worst service ever

No doubt why this app has 1 star review. First of all the service in itself is terrible all the tiers you have to get verified and what they make you do to get verified is out of the ordinary. Second the customer service is very bad in helping and they minimum 3 days to get back to you. Third the user interface is from dinosaur age, impossible to find your way around. I wish I knew all this before I have sensitive info to this service. I’d highly recommend going with service like coinbase you will not regret this.
