Takes too long to load with no or wrong information once loaded. Have to down swipe app several times to get correct info. Placing an order within app is useless. That part of process in app rarely loads, when it does, app always inputs wrong info in wrong locations, then freezes. Have to press phones’ home button twice then swipe app closed. Spent two hours on device trying to access kraken’s website (error message after error message). Finally get logged in just to be booted off, then more error message after error messages. PC access is almost just as bad. Did self a favor by uninstalling app. As for review? Review process will not permit me to give the star of my choice, so I give this app 1 star minus 1 star.
Is this a joke? Unstable =hack risk

Waiting for some established company like Etrade, Schwab etc. to start allowing trading in crypto currencies. Kraken, Bitstamp apps are dangerously inept to conduct such business

I cannot recall the last time I have ever written a review for an app. However, I have been so dissatisfied with this version of the app over the past couple of days, I have reached a boiling point. First, it is not very user friendly, at all! Perhaps the programmers should review more closer probably on of their biggest competitors - coinbase and get some ideals. Second, I frequently encounter errors when I’m attempting to purchase various coins or try to change currency (i.e. from euros to USD). Third, oftentimes, the charts do not correctly load. Overall, given the options many customers have to use as a platform to purchase crypto currency, if this app does not make significant improvements very quickly- you’re likely to see your customers go elsewhere.

I tried for 2 weeks to get set up.. finally got in and set up then it “account temporarily disabled” and won’t let me in.. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and all I get is a auto generated response saying they will be in touch.. Meanwhile, the stuff I have been trying to get has more than doubled.. maybe they should dissolve and sell out to Coinbase....
Worst app ever. Unusable!

I never write reviews for apps but this one is a frustrating waste of time. Almost impossible to trade with this app. It just doesn’t work.
